Participants learn to assess the flow of energy in the body’s seven major energy centers (chakras) and balance the energy flow where necessary to recharge the chakras.  Working with chakras and the energy field can support positive changes and help balance energy patterns.  Use healing properties in colors, music, imagery, crystals, essential oils, and other healing tools to improve one’s manifestation of spiritual, mental, emotional and physical well-being.
