In this Asian Self-help Exercises course, the participant will practice: 

1.  The “Lifting the Sky” and “Carrying the Moon” Qigong exercises.

2.  The six Basic Makko Ho, plus those for the Conception and Governing Vessels.

Chair Shiatsu
Shiatsu is Japanese medical bodywork. The primary technique of Shiatsu is gentle, deep pressure, using fingers (shi means finger and atsu means pressure in Japanese). This pressure is given without oil, on a clothed client. The combination of very relaxing pressure and a clothed client makes Shiatsu an ideal application for a chair therapy. In this Chair Shiats course, the participant will be able to demonstrate a protocol and variety of techniques for a twenty minute Chair Shiatsu therapy.

Aromatherapy for Wellness gives participants information on the benefits, cautions, properties, selection and safe application of essential oils selected to promote wellness.  Several essential oils and blends appropriate for use in practice and business environments are included.
