Registration and Cancellation Policies as follows:

A $50
non-refundable deposit will reserve a space. Full
payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the
seminar. Fee includes manual and materials, instruction,
hands-on training, and certificate of completion when
requirements are met. Enrollment is limited.

If you
cancel your registration more than 2 weeks prior to the
seminar, we will refund your fee less a $20
processing fee or move your fee to a different class at
no charge.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the seminar, you
may transfer your fee to another seminar of your choice
for a $20 rescheduling fee or forfeit your fee.
If you cancel the same day as the seminar, you forfeit
your fee.

We reserve
the right to cancel any seminar; in which case, we will
return your full fee. We are not responsible for
guaranteed travel reservations or expenses.

Students
may repeat seminar for 50% of fee, subject to space
available.

Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion is awarded to
participants upon successful course completion. Successful completion
requires:

Completion of practical evaluations/ skill demonstrations

Seminars may be repeated for 50% of the seminar fee (does not include
materials or certificate) on a space available basis if repeat date is
within one year of original completion date.

Organizations
who register 4 or more
persons at the same time are entitled to a 10% discount. Group
registrations must be mailed, E-mailed, or phoned in and paid for at the same time.
