 Registration and Cancellation Policies as follows:

1. A $50 non-refundable deposit will reserve a space. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the seminar. Fee includes manual and materials, instruction, hands-on training, and certificate of completion when requirements are met. Enrollment is limited.
    

2. If you cancel your registration more than 2 weeks prior to the seminar, we will refund your fee less a $50 processing fee or move your fee to a different class at no charge.
   
   If you cancel within 2 weeks of the seminar, you may transfer your fee to another seminar of your choice for a $50 rescheduling fee or forfeit your fee.
   
   If you cancel the same day as the seminar, you forfeit your fee.
    

3. We reserve the right to cancel any seminar; in which case, we will return your full fee. We are not responsible for guaranteed travel reservations or expenses.
    

4. Students may repeat seminar for 50% of fee, subject to space available.
    

5. “100% guarantee!  If you do not feel you have gotten your money’s worth, we will refund your entire fee if all materials (unmarked) are turned in by the end of the first day.”

Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants upon successful course completion.  Successful completion requires:

·         100% attendance at the scheduled class - arrive on time & attend all sessions

·       Participation in the class discussion and exercises

·         Completion of practical evaluations/ skill demonstrations

Discounts:  Healing Arts Connection offers several discounts:

• Seminars may be repeated for 50% of the seminar fee plus materials cost on a space available basis.
• Organizations who register 4 or more persons at the same time are entitled to a 10% discount.  Group registrations must be mailed, E-mailed, or phoned in and paid for at the same time. 
• Package prices - see individual seminars.
